The interview consisted of a single one hour to two hour interview with the hiring manager. It was in a conference room and the interviewer asked relatively standard questions about times that I have experienced certain difficulties and situations and how I handled them.

Technial documents, design quality, personallity. Each stage contain single interviewer. Technical abilities were tested. Gold Documentation Practices, Personallity and work with other teams. In total - 4 stages, 2 technical, 1 for personallity testing and 1 with HR.
