A lot of getting to know me. This role would have been a slight pivot from the medical device field I currently work in, so a lot of "why this kind of pivot?"
The hiring manager interview was virtual, followed by a virtual panel interview. Most interviewers were from Amazon, and the process resembled Amazon-style interviews focused heavily on behavioral and leadership-based questions.

3 phase interview, it took a long time until get the response, many iteractions. More ir less 3 months. Firat step was with local GM, then with the regional manager. After with the HR team.
