Following online test completion, I was invited for a telephone interview. It consisted of both competency based and motivational questions. The first confirmed who you were, the post you were applying for, year of uni etc. Then asked questions regarding why you wanted to work for GE, why this role. Also asked a few competency based questions.

First of all you have to fill out the online application, then you will be through to the online test. The test is not hard just practice talent simulations tests. Next it is the telephone interview. It is a mixture of motivational and competency questions. Why you want to work for ge? What research did you do to find out about the position?
