I applied online thru their portal and got an email to schedule an interview via skype. The phone interview was about 30 minutes with a group of 3 (a host who also shadowed the interview, an HR/recruiter, and a Product manager).

Question 1
It was a non-tech interview (no coding questions). Questions were like "describe a tech project you've accomplished so far".

Digital Technology Leadership Program for summer: I have three round interviews. (phone, phone, onsite). With HR, official DTLPs and then the DTLP manager. From behavior questions to more technical ones.
