Conducted Phone interview first followed by an on site interview. On site met with a few people and questions were more technical than the phone interview. Met with the department I was interviewing with and also the Human Resources department. It was about an hour with each group.

behavers based they ask history so they understand how future is laid out. This is good way to interview someone. They also ask technical questions. Always be prepared for an interview.
