The interview was easy, mostly behavioral. If you can carry on an intelligent conversation and appeal to the interests of the person interviewing you, you will make it to the next step.

Nothing was really unexpected, they were all the default behavior questions you would expect. They may ask you to describe a tough situation with a group member you had.
Applied online, and got an interview call. I had interview with three different people working in the same department. 2 technical, 1 behavioral/company fit. The process was very pleasant.
