Entretien
First i was asked via email to complete a talent simulation test, this is a situation judgement test. once passed i was requested to complete a Video interview. this was 12 questions given from a video with 30 seconds preparation time and 3 minutes to answer.

Entretien
Process involved a psychometric test followed by a telephone interview and then an assessment centre. I applied online and quite quickly was accepted and sent the link to do a psychometric test (one mathematical and one verbal). After that they contacted me for a phone interview, which involved two staff members asking me a few questions both competency based and on my CV. Finally about a week later I got my date for the assessment centre. The day revolved around two group exercises a one to one interview and a Problem solving test. I recieved my offer the next day.
