Phone interview and online application. After phone interview was sent an email with options. Took a long time to receive email and when I was offered a placement they could not offer me what I had applied for.

online hirevue interview with 5 or so questions. took about 30 minutes. had 30 seconds to prepare for each question then had three minutes to answer each question. now waiting to hear the outcome, which is taking some time
