I applied online through GE's website. It took 1 month for the company to respond. They notified me that I'm shortlisted via a phone call. After 1 week had a phone interview with HR. 1 more week later I had a call that I'll go to the assessment center at Dubai. Company paid all flight and hotel costs for the assessment center. They called back for an offer the day after. Assessment center included written test on finance, multiple 1-1 interviews with senior managers/C level executives and a group pitch out session at the end.
