After initial applications, you must complete an online video interview with around four questions that have preparation time alongside some cognitive assessments. After this, you go through to online interviews with two company employees.

They went through their company values, and asked in turn about experiences (STARR response style questions) where I showed these in my work/activities.

Sent my CV, after about a week or two I was invited to do the online assessment which was a video interview, everything went smoothly, the questions were not surprising.
