Very relaxed; it was a casual conversation with questions that weren't too hard but still required thought. There weren't that many technical questions because GE likes to hire young talent, which results in hiring people who aren't as technically skilled. The interviewer was super friendly and was actually interested in what I was saying. I talked to him at my career fair and then interviewed with him a day after.

Very straightforward interview process at career fair. And fast response to getting the job offer. It was positive and seemed the interviewer wanted me to get the role. A good company to start at and experience.
