I was given clear directions to the facility in a previous email. Upon entering the facility I was promptly (and politely) greeted by security. I arrived about 20 minutes early, so I sat and waited a bit. The waiting area was very nice. My interviewer took me back roughly 5 minutes after our scheduled time (they were conducting several interviews so it was quite understandable). The actual interview was given by two employees. They were both extremely nice and very professional. The entire interview took roughly 30 minutes,

The main question that threw me off was something like "Name a time when you were unable to complete a task and how you handled the situation."

It was a friendly environment. It took nearly 2 hours with group case and technical and HR questions. questions were about daily life and personality as well as technical acknowledge
It was not too hard, overall the questions were not very difficult. The first round was a HireVue questionnaire where they asked basic questions in a multiple choice or short answer format.

The questions flowed smoothly, allowing me to express my thoughts clearly without feeling rushed. Overall, the relaxed and supportive atmosphere made the experience feel more like a discussion than a formal interview, reducing stress and making it an enjoyable interaction.
