All of the questions were behavioral - they want to know how you work with others, how you react to obstacles, etc. It was one round of interviews and was conducted online.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
When was a time you were given feedback you didn't expect?
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez GE Aerospace (Lynn, MA) en avr. 2007
Entretien
The interview was arranged through my university and was held on campus. A number of representatives came from the company and each interviewed people individually. The interviewers were not actually there for their own departments, so the person you interview with is probably not someone you will work with. The interview was not very intense. The interviewer was dressed like they do for work at GE. No suit and tie, just business casual. He seemed more interested in industry experience (or at least understanding) rather than cheerleaders for the company. Standard behavioral-based questions were asked. The whole process was probably about 20 - 25 minutes.

Question 1
Always a fine line to tread, but "Describe an experience in which you failed, and how did you deal with the situation?"
A campus recruiter conducted a 30 minute interview and asked several behavioral questions. There were several scenario questions and some questions regarding strengths and weaknesses. Overall I would say the interview process was very quick and efficient process.

Question 1
Give me a time where you took a risk and failed? What did you learn from it?
J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez GE Aerospace en oct. 2019
Entretien
30-45 minutes interview, two interviewers with engineering backgrounds. A lot more questions than expected but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall experience was slightly above average, the interviewers were very nice and friendly. However, I felt the interview process was a bit dry, mostly questions after questions (since 30 min is not a lot for all those questions). Not really like an engaging conversation compared to my other interviews.
