They were very friendly and were specifically impressed with the intensive research I had done into the role and the questions I asked about it. I could tell they were very intuitive and discerning about the process. They are looking for people who are money-hungry, hard-working, sharp, confident, and have drive.

Great process, following an initial phone interview they get you into the office and really give you a feel for the buzz and vibe around the office. Lots of positivity and enthusiasm, Jess the HR officer was brilliant at managing the process and keeping in touch, looking out for you as well the business needs.

Second stage was meeting the Delegate Sales Manager which was more of a formal interview made up of standard questions, specifically focusing on experience and what motivates you.
