The interview process was very simple. Ram reviewed my resume as we sat and spoke on the length of my work history. I came prepared with questions, if it were not for my questions I doubt it would have lasted longer than 10 minutes. The part I liked the least was that it was done in front of another employ therefore my pay and other sensitive information was discussed openly...I did not care for that. The only other negative thing about the interview was the language barrier, it was difficult at times to completely understand.
