First was telephonic Interview to get to know you And directly an Interview on skype is taken. The questions consists of very basic knowledge on your skill and more focused on you communication skills
After submitting my resume I got asked to schedule an online meeting with a team lead. I received many doc files explaining the processes and had to wait long time to be able to start, and to be allocated tasks.
