It's a very basic process, not out of the blues questions. normal interview questions. They do take a few English tests but that is very basic and the question is again interview questions. It is not a very professional process. if you apply for an intern position they will most likely hire you.

It was fairly simple to be honest, they asked a bunch of random questions on Teams, like opinions of different subject matters on society. Then the recruiter calls, which is also a intern btw. Overall, there were no questions regarding to software.

Avoid this company at all cost! You won't learn anything. Almost every person is internee in this company from HR to Manager, Team lead and every other employee. They offer you non paid internship.
