The process was simple and communication on setting interview dates was clear. It was like having a conversation. Not much to explain. unlike glassdoor whose not letting me use the site unless I fill this form out. so much for voluntary participation. im just trying to reach the 30 word minimum.

Lengthy but very fast moving. Phone interviews, background checks, drug screening, paperwork. Training and that’s it. I believe I did some online recordings of my responses for part of the interview.

Applied through college. The whole process took about a month. First did phone screen then onsite interview with a 3 people. During the interview they asked about my chemistry background such research experience from school. They go over your lab experiences from school or other jobs/interships. Before the onsite interview they did phone screen. They called few days after the interview.
