Talked to a recruiter at local career fair. Process took about two weeks. Was called in for a 1:1 interview near campus. Interviewer was very systematic and did not really seem interested in answering my questions. Gave me constructive criticism about my interview that I did not ask for. Although helpful, I think it was rude to outright tell me what I was doing wrong before the interview ended.
