Applied via thier website, a week later i was contacted for a phone screening which took about 10-15 minutes and was very pleasant dealing the HR woman. The next day I received an email from the same young lady confirming that I have been passed on and she had set up a test date for my work keys testing, which i got results back that samr day aswell and was scheduled for a third test ehich took about 6 days to get results from. At that point I was scheduled an in person interview at Gallo Winery with an HR manager and the assistant supervisor of security simultaneously . Very good interview, they were both friendly and professional at the same time. Interview lasted approx. 20-25 minutes. Questions asked were very related to the job and tested for a good moral compass and responsible employee. The very next day I was contacted and was offered a position.
