The interview process is quite straight forward if a little slow. You send your resume and then if successful will be asked for a skype interview. This one is a simple conversation with a simple 'demo cklass question' and then after a day if successfull you are asked to complete an interview form with some questions relating to teaching ESL and working in Japan. After this if successfuk you will be invited for a final skype interview a week or two later where you have to give two demo classes
