Everyone was so friendly, timely and communicated next steps along the way. Talked with recruiter first, then the Director. Was flown into interview (Bend is AWESOME) and interviewed with several members of the team, the Director and the Recruiter.

Question 1
After all you have learned about this job and G5 throughout this process...what get's you the most excited and what are areas of concern?
Lengthy interview with many levels of the team. Took over 2 hours for interview 1 and I received a parking ticket. Another set of interviews and offer over the phone.
If the HR department is a reflection of the company itself then this company is a disaster. It took me months to go through the interview process, I could never get in contact with the recruiter/HR and when they did respond it was WEEKS later. I was consistently being given the run around. The interview process was obnoxiously long, multiple rounds, the last being a half day at the company. There was no phone screen, which should have been a red flag. I like to think that I've been around the block and seen how many different firms in different markets operate. I have never experienced non-sense like this. From my personal experience, company's that cannot handle the HR/recruiting function aren't worth working for. Ultimately, I declined my offer, I would rather not subject myself to the junk show that is this company.
