The hiring process consisted of two parts, one with home office, one with the client. Both interviews consisted of simple interview questions. I was brought in a large interviewing pool on a Saturday of about 10 people. We where taken into to interviews one by one. The staff home office decides what site you would be best suited for after your interview process.

Go to home office for general interview. Fill out worksheet for base questions (i.e. experience, degree, long term goals). Next is contract on-site interview. Review resume and ask questions about experience, situation-based questions, qualifications, etc.
