Waited over 30 min in the waiting room for my interview. Interviewer brought me into office where I sat inches away from a candidates application laying on their desk, complete with full name, address, social security number, and several other sensitive pieces of information. One of the numerous times they left me alone in their office I could have easily snapped a picture of the application and stolen this candidate’s identity if I were a dishonest type of person. The interviewer then stated that I was not qualified for the position because I lacked former police or military experience even though the posting clearly stated that I qualified if I possessed at least 1 year security experience to which I have several years of experience in security, posses a armed guard license, and work as a firearms instructor. The person who booked me for interview went down a long list of questions to determine my eligibility and at no time asked if I have prior law enforcement experience. Interviewer did not apologize for them having wasted my time.

The interview process is held with 3 managers from the assignment itself. Each person will take turn to ask you questions. Its a calm interview process. Do not be panic and just go with the flow.
