There was a screening round with the HR. He gave an aptitude test for me to post that.
Then I had an interview with the hiring manager. The questions were about my current experience and what is expected of me in the new role.
Finally I had a presentation where I presented anything I wanted. This was to check communication skills.

Entretien
I applied online and once my application went through the system I was offered to take a test. Once I passed the test, I was invited to have a phone screen with the hiring Manager. I asked for the next interview and came in that same week for a repeat of the test and a sit down with a current BDR, the manager, and his boss.
