Overall really good company. I had a very good interview and everyone had positive feedback. But they said they couldn’t offer a job because of my commute and my 5 year aspirations.

A phone screening with a recruiter and then 2 sets of in person interviews. The first in person interview is more of a get to know ya type of a deal with a large portion being a factory tour. The second interview was more technical based with current members of the controls team + a written exam
