The Talent Acquisition person in charge of the first interview was very gentle and respectful with me but did not provided me a good image of the company.
Specially because at the end of the process, where we were already defining the job offer, she offered me a lower position, not respecting my seniority.

Office walk around and shake hands with other people there
Discuss previous experience, gross profit expectations, the role and culture.
Quick phone screen and 30 minute Zoom interview. Asked why I would be a good fit for the role and where I see myself in 5 years. Working there was okay.
terrible and made no sense. they hire anyone because they are desperate to replace the staff that are constantly quitting. the people who interview do not care if you are actually qualified nor do they know how to spot talent when they see it
