The process was clear and smooth from the start, with no surprises. People were on time, I had 2 sets of interviews, one by phone and one in person. No doubt, straight forward.

They asked me to describe and present my best case.
2 round interview with a design task to be presented for the 2nd interview with a fellow designer and copywriter. Very pleasant experience and interview talking about past experience, portfolio and strategy
