Entretien
one technical round and one HR round. Technical round depends on the experience the person has before. Average difficult . Puzzles may be asked solved for freshers. Patent basics will be asked and an assignment may be given experirnced persons
There were two rounds, both were telephonic.
The HR people will ask you normal HR questions.
Round 1
They ask basic questions related to your subjects.Details about your final year project and recent developments in that field. Also prepare for some puzzles.
Round 2
They mainly asked indepth questions from your subjects.
And some really good puzzles.

The process took may be nearly 5 weeks. I faced two telephonic rounds. Initially I was called and said about job profile, later my resume has been circulated. After a week or less I was interviewed.Later after 3-4 weeks I was interviewed again

They wanted me to introduce myself, asked about project details, some basic questions related to my graduation and new innovative advancements in my field.

Entretien
HR was first round, Then Technical round asking about project and latest technologies, VP asked general questions in final round. Next day they sent me the offer letter. Hr round was good for nothing. Questions on VLSI, communication, Frequecy, bandwidth, etc were asked in second round. In final round VP didnt ask any technical questions, he was just checking the communication skills
