The interview process was smooth from start to finish.. After applying to the role, I was instantly emailed with confirmation of my applications and a brief 2 minute assessment to make sure I knew what the role entailed! From there, I was instantly selected to conduct a brief video interview. This was cool since I got to see the office, few members of the business before speaking with the team. Shortly after I completed this interview, Talent reached out to set up a time for me to see the office and meet to discuss the role. This was extremely informative and I got a great feel for the positive culture/atmosphere of the company. I advanced to the last step which was a 1 on 1 meeting with the CEO. He was a wealth of knowledge and transparent with answering all my questions. I was hired and walked through the seamless Onboarding process!
