I went through a two-round interview process. The 1st Round with the talent team was relaxed, focusing on my background, personality, and fit with the company culture. The 2nd round with the Head of Finance delved deeper into my professional experiences and skills relevant to the role. The process was well-structured, offering a comprehensive evaluation from both a cultural fit and skills perspective.

Got an email asking if I was interested in taking my application further, I confirmed yes. Had an interview with the then HOF Media. I was ghosted afterwards; heard nothing. I even emailed to follow up...nothing. Very unprofessional and unkind.
