Recruitment sent very lengthy question prompt for "first round." Following acceptance of these responses, I had a phone interview with the Director of Delivery, who clearly had not read my responses, my resume, or cover letter, and fumbled for follow-ups. It was actually a complete waste of my time, very disrespectful, and not a good look for the company.
