      Entretien pour Copywriter

      19 août 2025
      Employé (anonyme)
      Offre acceptée
      Expérience négative
      Entretien moyen

      Candidature

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FuturHealth en juin 2025

      Entretien

Wow. From reading another review, it seems this company may be running a bait-and-switch with hiring. I was offered the copywriting role in June, only to be ghosted and then told—after I followed up two weeks later—that the role was “paused” because a new marketing leader had joined and needed time to settle in before hiring could continue. It looks like they started rehiring in July for that same role, and that candidate reported being given the exact same story I was told in June: that a new marketing leader had started and paused all hiring until he was settled. Something about this feels very shady. I went through three interviews, completed a free test assignment, and was offered the position—only to be ghosted. We had already discussed salary and compensation; the only step left was signing the contract, but they disappeared. It wasn’t until I followed up that I was told the role was paused. It seems they’re running candidates through hoops for a role that may not even exist. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I would avoid applying to this company.

I completed three interviews, each lasting about an hour or more. In the first, I learned I was being considered for a completely different role than the one I applied for—because that position had already been filled. The second interview was fine. The third lasted nearly 90 minutes and, like the first, felt quite one-sided in the sense that it was hard to get a word in at times. I was asked to complete a free three-part copywriting test and submit additional writing samples, which I gladly did. After following up multiple times, I was told the role was on hold due to a new team leader—yet no such hire appears publicly, and the role has since been removed. It left me questioning the honesty of the process and whether the interviews were more about appearances to investors than hiring. If you choose to engage, I’d be cautious about how much unpaid work you provide.
