Three rounds of interviews. 1st round with the Boston team is fantastic, they are very friendly and nice to talk with. They discussed about my past experience and share their insights with me which granted me me some new technical directions. I am feeling grateful to talk to them cause they really see things as I always see the problems. They are truly the problem solvers and I can feel that they really appreciate any personnel. 2nd round with the Singapore team. They are really friendly and nice. It was so nice that interviewer told me that not to worry the assessment is not meant to be finished and it is not important. I thought I was doing good since I managed to solve so many questions in such a short time. When interviewer ask about how to solve and the answers, I just explain my solutions slowly and clarify them since I believe there are more than 1 way to solve the same question. 3rd interview, I couldn't get it cause I have been informed that I failed the second interview. The reason is because I do not have enough of hands on experience which means I failed my assessment test regardless of so many questions I have answered correctly[*** Define correctness- Exactly same answers as the displayed example]. Everybody can code, so I believe everyone should go for this opportunity.
