Entretien
The interview process is in a chatroom with the interview manager. She takes quite awhile to reply and isn't consistent with her answer time, next thing you know you've said five things which are mostly acknowledging what you need to read and it's already been an hour into the interview. They an inconsiderate of your time and seems like a waste of time to do the interview in this process.
