Had an initial 10 mins call with HR who then asked me to sign an NDA to do a 5-6 hour writer task which consists of writing a full blown 10-15 page script for their love island game they'll use, and this is before they even "consider" you for the two-part "interview". HR said the company had "difficulty" filling the role because interviewees had problems getting the "tone right".
