Question 1
To explain my projects which were on the CV, also asked how it relates to the role.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Fuse Energy (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2026
Entretien
Round 1 was a casual online conversation covering my interest in Fuse, my technical experience, and some general administrative questions. The process moved quickly, and I received an outcome within one working day. The feedback was: ''We discussed some candidates as a team, and I'm afraid to say that we have decided to go in a different direction. I enjoyed speaking to you and think you're a strong candidate, but we were looking for a slightly different fit for our team at this stage of Fuse's development.'' I found the feedback somewhat vague, as the interview did not seem to explore team fit in significant depth, therefore, how can they assess fit for their team. My impression was that the company had very specific requirements for the role that may not have been fully apparent from the job description or interview process.
