Pretty much a railroad to getting you there. The interview is an overly scripted narrow railroad. Ive seen drug addicted wannabe gangsters get in here. You could go in speaking in pig latin and still have a successful interview.

Not difficult in the slightest to get a job here. Especially if you are related to any of the management and especially the HR lady. Very few people deserve their positions within the company.
