First of all, there were four rounds of interviews for an entry-level job. I thought this was excessive. Lots of personality-oriented questions, not many questions based on hard skills and experience. The questioning became redundant at a certain point.

Entretien
It is a rigorous multi interview process, followed by extensive training. The selection process is strict to ensure only the best are brought on board. You can expect a phone interview, zoom, in person and a peer shadow experience.
