The interview process begins with an IQ test followed by a phone interview with a recruiter. I cleared the test and a recruiter got in touch to ask for my availability to discuss my skills and background. The recruiter never confirmed on the time(I replied within two minutes of him asking me my availability) and never called to update me on the position.
