Applied online with a CV and cover letter. Was called shortly after to attend an on-site interview. Interview was very informal and had little to no structure. I was repeatedly told of staff leaving to go “back home” and that the pub was short staffed. I was asked more about my family and my personal situation that my work experience or abilities. I left not wanting to work there.

Easy, easiest interview of my life. Just went in, asked some basic questions about why I wanted the job, when I could work and the manager offered me the job. No faff
