I had a phone interview first that was around 30 minutes. The hiring manager introduced themselves and the company. We discussed the job responsibilities and descriptions as well as starting salary and opportunities for growth in the company. They asked about my employment background and just general information about myself - education, interests, hobbies, etc. Then there was another interview with different managers. The interview itself was laid back and conversational. It was a pleasant experience and they made me feel comfortable and it was not the generic interview questions which made it fun.
