Video Interview was with two very young male Caucasian managers. The interview questions were very basic, and the interview was very laid back. It was so laid back that it seemed like the Automation managers lacked technical abilities and a sense of urgency. It was two back-to-back interviews that were 30 minutes each.

Interview wasn’t difficult but HR withholds important information about compensation and benefits, this makes it difficult to pursue the interview process further. You’re better off getting to know someone within the company and learning about the company culture that way.
