I applied online and got a call on the same day. I was give a take home assignment to design an application within one week. After submission there was no reply for about a month. After 1 month got feedback that they would like to move forward. Had a video interview with the software dev lead for about an hour. No feedback after that for 2 month. Finally after 2 months they said they liked me but they would hire me only after 4 months provided they have a requirement. Why would someone want to work for a company which is not sure about their own requirements?
