There wasn't that much to the interview process aside from reviewing my application and asking my availability. I was referenced by a friend so I had met them before I interviewed formally.

How many hours a week can you work, and if I had other commitments aside from work and school
very simple process you're mainly just talking about your availability. The job is as expected though the positions could vary depending on the availability of others. There are no surprises going in.
