Since I am an not living in the U.S. the complete interview process was through phone calls and skype interviews. The interview started with an initial phone call with HR agent, then followed by a couple of more calls with higher HR employers and the final part of the interview was a skype interview with my future manager and co-worker. Then they asked me to submit samples of excel, powerpoint and word that could reflect my business skills.

It has 3 levels of interview. First level of interview, care study and final level panel interview. In the case study level you will have to work on an assignment and they will be providing you a deadline for that. It's a best way to analyse the candidate's skills and experience.
