Very unprofessional. There was barely any communication throughout. I joined the Zoom interview on time, but no one showed up, and I was later marked as a no-show without any explanation. I had to follow up myself just to get a response, and even then, there was no effort to clarify or reschedule. The whole process felt disorganized and like they didn’t value my time at all.
