I first had an interview with a very nice HR person, then I had to do a technical task, and lastly another interview. I then withdrew my application as meanwhile I received another offer. The whole process was very clear. The time I was given for the technical task was very adequate. They were also very accommodating in finding a suitable time for the interview.
