I applied online. The process is in three stages. The first is a 30 minutes introductory video call with the recruiter to know my knowledge of Frontiers and why I applied for the role. We discussed the role and then my salary expectations, notice period, and availability.
I also got the chance to ask questions.
In the second stage, the interview was with two production managers where I was given more information about the role and asked about my motivations for applying among other behavioural and competency-based questions on collaboration.
The third stage has to do with a ten-minute call about the decision.
