First interview was over the phone, with an HR representative. They asked standard HR questions, and asked me to summarize my experience. I then completed a very basic Excel assessment and submitted a writing sample.
The second interview was with the project leads, who were very friendly and described the position and asked some fairly basic questions.
I sent two polite follow-up emails; one the day after my second interview, thanking them for their time, and the second about three weeks later, reiterating my interest in the position. Neither received any response, which I found quite rude.
